ROOF INSPECTION

Whether you are a home buyer or an existing home owner, a roof repair or re-install could end up costing a significant sum, if it has leaks or damages that are not identified at the earliest opportunity. The primary failures are generally easier to spot and fix than the secondary failures that are typically caused by primary failure not being fixed as soon as practicable. It is also difficult to get insurance coverage for secondary failures which are either happened due to poor maintenance or gross negligence of the primary failure. e.g. damages cause by water entering the attic may not be covered by the insurance providers.

In order to help our customers to avoid such large expenses, we offer two types of inspection services:

1 - Visual inspection: This is typically done periodically to proactively identify failures and fix them as soon as possible. Insurance claims are filed to bring the roofing systems back in its proper function. This type of inspection is often free of charge and is considered as part of our front-end planning services.

2 - Forensic Inspection: This is a comprehensive, roof inspection concerning; asbestos testing, mold presence, compliance, manufacturer’s installation, specification compliance, workmanship evaluation, inspection of walking decks, water testing, determination of roof slope, ponding and drainage, and structural analysis etc. This is a services that is typically required during home buying process, or for claims adjustment support.
